If you are anywhere between 6 weeks postpartum to a mum with a four year old, this workshop is for you. 

 If you're sick of not being able to run or hit the netball court for fear of leakage, this workshop is for you. 

If you want to understand how you can stop injuring yourself or remedy the gaping hole that once was your abdominal region, this workshop is for you. 

If you want to learn a technique that is a game changer when it comes to the right way to functionally train, this workshop is for you.
You will receive:
  •  2 – 2.5 hours condensed workshop. 
  •  Essential quality postnatal recovery instruction and knowledge sharing.
  •  Targeted specific instruction plus informational instructional sheets (yes, you can take notes).
  •  Tummy splint (uniquely designed by Mum to the Core) after 20-years-experience in the field. 
  •  Oils diffusing, delicious teas and mutual gathering of mama's.

Classes

All the same goodies and benefits as our signature workshop and online program, but packaged in a 4 or 6 week term for those who prefer to attend a regular class weekly with their own group of friends and fellow mama’s. 
You will receive:
  •  1 hour weekly class for 4 or 6 weeks consecutively (sold as a block). 
  •  Essential quality postnatal recovery instruction and knowledge sharing.
  •  Targeted specific instruction. 
  •  Tummy splint (optional extra, highly recommended).  
  •  1 hour weekly class for 4 or 6 weeks consecutively (sold as a block).
